The reading passage is about increasing of college fees to build a new gymnasium. The woman agrees with the increase of fee. First, she is a student and 10 percents of increase is not too bad and it is the first increase. Second, every student will have benefits from new gymnasium. The old gymnasium is old, small and crowded but the new one will not be that. Third, fee increase will cost less money that she would have think. She have thought to join a health club but it is expensive than paying more fee.

After the war, there were a lot of demands for clothing for soldiers and manufacturers increased production in standardized sizes. American men could buy mass-produced and ready-to-wear suits, shirts, hats and shoes with well-known brand names. Also, women could buy ready-made clothing from mail order catalogs and department stores. The shirtwaist was one of the earliest mass-produces garments for women. The shirtwaist was produced in standardized sizes and be popular with women.

The woman’s problem is that she has not yet decided whether to look for a job or go to graduate school after her graduation. The professor gives the woman 2 solutions. The first solution going to graduate school and the second solution is getting a job. I think getting a job is a better solution for the woman. First, she should write a resume of her qualification and job experience. This will be easier than researching for graduate programs. Second, she can earn money earlier, so she can do the thing that she wants to do earlier. Third, she can gain experience in work. Actual experience is the most important thing to do work well, so she can do work well as she get a job earlier.

Studies on sleep show that our brains continue to work on problems while we are sleeping. The problem solving ability will might increase after 8 hours of sleep. Creativity and problem solving seem to be directly linked to getting enough sleep. One study showed that students who had 8 hours of sleep were 3 times more likely to solve a mathematical problem than students who had less sleep. Research indicates that the brain reorganizes and restructures our memories during deep sleep. This restructuring of memories seems to help our creativity and problem solving ability to increase.

Taegukgi is our national flag which is made before about 100 years. First, it has a Taegeuk mark in the center. Taeguek mark is a special sign which is divided into red and blue color by a curved line. This taegeuk mark means our world. Second, it has black stripes on four corners and white background. Four stripes means things like sun and moon, man and women which are opposite. White background means our nation’s ethos to love peace.

While there are many cultural items that help define what Korean culture is, in my opinion, none represent the country as well as our national flag.
Taegukgi is our national flag which was made about 100 years ago. First, it has the Taegeuk mark in the center. This mark is a special, circular symbol which is divided into two equal parts of red and blue color by a curved line. This taegeuk mark represents our world.
Second, the flag has black stripes on all four corners on top of a white background. The stripes represent opposite things like the sun and the moon and men and women. The white background represents our nations ethos to love and our nation's wish for peace.

I’d prefer a university with a few thousand students than large and crowded university. First, it is comfortable to move in campus in small university. Distance between facilities and buildings are close, so it takes a little time to move in campus. Also, we don’t need to worry about getting lost at campus. Second, we can build closer relationships with other students and professors. We became closer friends when with a few people than with a lot of people. Therefore, we can build closer relationships between people.

When he enrolls in science seminar, he can get credits that he needs. Second, he thinks that he can recover his interest in science. science courses are boring. But, he thinks that seminar will be interesting, so he may be able to recover his interest in science. Third, he will have opportunity to study with advanced science students.

The professor is saying about imagery. One kind of imagery is visualization, are using my eyes to focus on a specific part of body as perform a dance step. If you change the focus to different body part, it will change how you perform the step. The image of a leaf can help you develop an awareness that will fit your whole body. Identifying the leaf allows image to control your expression. Image of water include slicing through water like a shield or splashing through water or moving underwater. Using different images of water will give other range of techniques to express.

Learning disabilities cause is abnormality in brain. Suffering these diseases cause trouble in concentrating. There are 3 cases of learning disability. The first case is dyslexia. In this case, suffering child have normal intelligence but have difficulties in reading. Child sees letters upside down or backwards. This happens because brain cannot send information clear. The second case is non-presence of writing skills. In this case, a child can speak and think well but cannot write or can write very slowly. The third case is hardship in long focus. This happens because of lack of brain ability to focus. Children who suffer this cannot control impulse. Learning disabilities can be treated but when not treated, can get problem in skills as math skills.
